The rates for the cottage includes a linen and room cleaning service and water and electricity, a deposit should be paid 6 weeks in advance of the date you wish to book, payment in full is expected on arrival and at the start of the rental date. If the rental periods chosen is in the middle of the month (e.g.June) going in to the next month (e.g. July) the charge applied is the month in which the rent was started (e.g. June).
